How VAREVO collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Who we are
This policy is issued by VAREVO (Business Registration No. 0140788BB), a self-employed digital business systems provider trading in Ireland. VAREVO is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect
When you use our contact form, free digital audit form, or email or call us directly, we collect what you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your enquiry. We don't collect data through cookies or tracking scripts; see our Cookie Policy for that.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We process enquiry details to respond to you and provide the free digital audit or proposal you requested — this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where we follow up about our services beyond that, we rely on your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, which you can object to at any time. If you become a client, we process the additional data needed to deliver and invoice the work under the contract between us.
Who we share it with
Enquiry and client data is stored in our own CRM system, hosted in Ireland, and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be seen by our email and hosting providers as necessary to operate that infrastructure, and by Revenue or our accountant where required for tax and invoicing purposes. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data that doesn't turn into a client relationship is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records relating to actual client engagements — invoices, contracts, and related correspondence — are kept for 6 years, in line with standard Irish tax record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its erasure, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@varevo.ie — we'll respond within one month.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
