Accessibility

Our commitment

VAREVO wants this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, or who need reduced motion or higher contrast. We build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA as our reference standard.

What's been built in

This site uses semantic HTML landmarks so screen readers can navigate it by section, visible keyboard focus states throughout, a skip-to-content link on every page, and full support for your device's reduced-motion setting. Text and background colour combinations are checked for reasonable contrast, and images carry descriptive alt text.

Known limitations

This site has been built to good practice and checked with automated and keyboard-only testing, but hasn't yet had a full audit with screen-reader users or other assistive technology. If you hit a barrier using this site, we want to know — see below.

Reporting an issue

If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, email info@varevo.ie with what you were trying to do and what happened. We'll get back to you and aim to fix genuine barriers.
